Outcome-Driven Innovation Consultant positions

• A strong track record of commercial impact in innovation or product development

• Experience gained either on the client-side, in a consultancy or as an independent

• An ability to communicate difficult concepts simply and with clarity are key - written, oral, virtually using tools such as Webex

• Experience of conducting and analysing user / customer interviews

• Superior client-relationship skills

• An ability to network and sell innovation services at events, conferences

• International languages preferred (especially German, Danish, Swedish)

ODI Project Management positions

We are also seeking project managers with experience in market research and analysis. Responsibilities include:

• Manage marketing research projects and oversee every aspect of the qualitative and quantitative projects from post-sale project planning and moderator guide/questionnaire design through final analysis and report writing.
• Identifying resources and elements that must be assembled to successfully complete work
• Support ODI consultants during in-depth customer interviews as required for projects.
• Serve as a primary client contact for day-to-day project management and research issues
• Work with ODI consultants to oversee/coordinate workflow management and associated tasks
• Maintain quality, accuracy, deadlines, and budget
  Test survey programming to ensure accuracy (skip patterns, list randomization, etc.)
• Manage and monitor ongoing data collection during survey fielding.
• Use SPSS to prepare data for analysis
• Analyze survey results and synthesize data.
• Develop reports with appropriate graphics and tables to communicate research findings
• Present results of each project to the client.
• Rely on marketing knowledge and experience, secondary research, and primary research to create marketing intelligence that offers clear and convincing direction for clients and client decisions
