How would you place non-market co-creation into your 'locus of innovation' axis proposed in "Eight-styles of firm-customer knowledge creation"?

If it's true that the mechanisms that work within the markets are different from those in communities. Then the axis 'locus of innovation' must be expanded to: firm-market-community instead of firm-market/community.

Little remark, the conlusion that p2p aims at participation is not the overall conclusion of the paper only of the subsection i mentioned before.
