Right now I am working for my dissertation about co-creation in retail banking.
the goal of co-creation in retail banking (as any other industry) is involve customer across value chain activities from creating new product to deciding the distribution channel and order of consumption e.g. design new product, produce new products or support products.
The idea is facilitate communities to participate in the process of design, creation and consumption. I am trying to develop experience environments and networks for retail banking.
I think the eight styles can work so far.

But my final goal is to develop a scoring mechanism in order to measure the actual level of co-creation and to asses the potential level of co-creation. So my question is how can we measure this co-creation levels or types?
