CollaborativelawyerTO

I am studying the role creativity can play in collaborative practice instituted by parties, separating or divorcing, who seek a constuctive means to resolve legal issues with a long term resolution. Knowing that others have chosen the same approach validates the process on a global level and contributes to a greater level of harmony within the extended families and in turn, within their respective communities. The emphasis on creativity encourages a tailor made resolution with each party taking an active role and ownership in the process. We are now practising collaboratively on an international level.

do you think that music and visual is a creative collaboration in works?

Ambika Sukla

I have been thinking on the same lines as your are. Wikis and blogs have created a lot of examples of how technology and internet can tap the "power of masses" to facilitate collaboration in fields that have been traditionally perceived as solitary. Please read http://ambikasukla.blogspot.com where I am talking about Collaze, a site I have created to facilitate online collaboration in writing fiction. Being a seasoned technologist, I was able to provide a writing environment, which is much more sophisticated than what blogs or wikis provide, but I am facing quite a few challenges in gaining acceptance for this idea, lack of financial resources being one of them. I will be very valuable for me if you can take a look at the site and give me your feedback.
