I have been reading your articles on off shoring in relation to UK companies and the research done by Contactbable.
My Boss is doing her MBA as am I in General Management, she is doing her dissertation on "Achieving competitive advantage in offshore outsourcing" an identification of critical success factors needed to establish Malta as a prime offshore destination for the outsourcing of call centre services from the UK market. Since most of our operators are from the UK and are prices are that of India we are potential source. Alas one that is missed by all of the big companies in the UK.
Anyway I was wondering whether or not you were able to direct me to this contactbable research and if it is published on the net. I am also trying (for her) to contact as many companies as possible from the UK that use offshore call centres, I have a list of 28 so far, would you know of any way that I could find who uses offshore locations?
